How to submit a request
Please send a written notice to copyright@americasgiveaway.com with:
- Your name, organization and contact information.
- The specific URL on America's Giveaway containing the material.
- A description of the image, trademark or other material at issue and the rights you assert.
- A link or description identifying the original work, where applicable.
- Whether you request removal, replacement, attribution correction or another action.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
For formal US copyright notices, please also include the statements, identification and signature required by applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), where relevant.
Our response
We will investigate sufficiently detailed notices promptly and may remove or disable access to disputed images, links or listings while reviewing the matter. We may request additional information where necessary. We also reserve the right to correct or remove content independently.
