These Terms govern use of AmericasGiveaway.com and the America's Giveaway newsletter service operated by Innovation Laboratories Ltd, 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland (Company Registration No. 754241; VAT No. 4279547UH).
1. Nature of the service
America's Giveaway is a discovery and curation service providing information and links to third-party sweepstakes and competitions. We do not generally sponsor, operate, administer or select winners for those third-party promotions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or continued operation of third-party promotions.
2. Eligibility
Our service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Individual third-party promotions may impose different geographic, age and other eligibility requirements. You are responsible for checking each promotion's official rules.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Some access to our newsletter may be provided through a paid subscription. The applicable price, billing frequency, trial terms (if any), renewal arrangements and payment authorization must be displayed at checkout before purchase. By completing a paid checkout, you authorize the charges described there. We will not treat this page as a substitute for clear checkout disclosures. Any recurring subscription renews only on the terms expressly accepted at checkout and subject to applicable law.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation of a paid subscription by emailing support@americasgiveaway.com until self-service cancellation is available. Cancellation prevents future renewals after processing, subject to applicable law and the disclosed billing terms. Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and the specific offer disclosed at checkout. If a self-service cancellation mechanism is legally required, we will provide it.
5. Free entry and odds
Our focus is on promotions with a free entry method. Payment for a newsletter subscription is not an entry fee for any third-party sweepstakes, does not automatically enter you and does not increase your odds of winning. To participate, follow the third-party sponsor's entry process and official rules. A purchase is not required to enter third-party promotions that offer a free entry method.
6. Third-party links and promotions
Promoters may change, end or restrict competitions without notice. Prizes, deadlines, entry limits, eligibility and winner selection are controlled by the relevant organizer. Links and references to brands do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with its security, scrape content unlawfully or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
Our original website design, newsletter content and branding are owned by or licensed to Innovation Laboratories Ltd. Third-party trademarks and promotional materials belong to their respective owners.
9. Availability and disclaimers
We may modify content and features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted access, particular sweepstakes availability or prize winnings. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or participation in third-party promotions. This does not exclude liability where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply. Participation in third-party US sweepstakes remains subject to each promoter's official rules and applicable US laws.
