One $500 cash prize is intended to be awarded per weekly drawing, subject to the finalized official rules.

No purchase necessary

A free entry method will be available at americasgiveaway.com/free-sweepstakes. Purchase of a newsletter membership will not improve the odds of winning.

Entry limit and equal treatment

Each eligible person may receive no more than one entry per weekly drawing, regardless of whether entry is obtained through an active paid membership or the free entry method. Both methods will participate in the same random drawing on equal terms.

Eligibility and drawing dates

We anticipate requiring entrants to be legal residents of the 50 United States or Washington, DC, aged 18 or older, subject to local restrictions. Exact opening and closing times, first drawing date, entry cutoff, prize delivery method, winner response deadline and other material conditions will be published in the final rules before entry opens.

Winner selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from eligible entries for the applicable weekly drawing, subject to eligibility verification. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
