Official Rules — $500 Amazon.com Gift Card Giveaway
Promotion Period: August 23, 2026 through August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor and operator of the Giveaway is Innovation Laboratories Ltd, 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland (Company Registration No. 754241; VAT No. 4279547UH) (“Sponsor”). Sponsor may be contacted at support@americasgiveaway.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins August 23, 2026 and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit AmericasGiveaway.com and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry through the Giveaway entry form. Entrants must provide accurate information and satisfy the stated eligibility requirements. No purchase is necessary.
5. Eligibility Verification
Sponsor may require reasonable verification of eligibility, identity and compliance with these Official Rules before validating an entry or awarding a prize. The current online verification flow may use a payment card and a temporary $1.00 transaction that is automatically refunded. The transaction is intended solely for card/eligibility verification and is not a purchase, entry fee, or payment for increased odds. Sponsor initiates the refund automatically; the time for a refund or reversal to appear is controlled by the entrant’s card issuer or financial institution.
Important: possession or successful verification of a payment card does not by itself establish a person’s age. Sponsor may request additional age or identity documentation before awarding a prize.
6. Entry Limits and Conduct
Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. Automated, fraudulent, manipulated, duplicate or otherwise abusive entries may be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Giveaway or violates these Official Rules or applicable law.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 Amazon.com Gift Card, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of US $500. The prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor’s discretion. No cash substitution is permitted except where required by law or where Sponsor substitutes a prize of equal or greater value.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
After the Promotion Period closes, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with the entry and must respond within 72 hours of the first notification attempt. Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility and any documents reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is ineligible, or fails to satisfy these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes or other obligations associated with acceptance of the prize. Sponsor will provide any tax reporting required by law.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law. Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration and eligibility are final to the extent permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Personal information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Third-party services used to administer entry, verification, analytics or communications may process information under their own privacy terms.
13. Release and Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers will not be responsible for losses arising from technical failures, interrupted transmissions, unauthorized intervention, late or misdirected entries, or use or misuse of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Governing Law
This promotion is subject to applicable United States federal and state sweepstakes laws. Any governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions must be confirmed in the final promotion rules following legal review of the Irish sponsor and US entrant eligibility.
